Job Overview

We are seeking a Transformation Director to lead our strategic initiatives and drive timely decision-making. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for aligning technology and transformation efforts with business objectives through integrated planning and delivery oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain visibility of risks, issues, and resource utilisation across the portfolio to enable proactive planning and prioritisation.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance reporting, collaboration tools, and portfolio practices.
  • Consolidate portfolio data, covering progress, benefits, risks, and resources, into clear, actionable insights via centralised dashboards and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Portfolio Lead/Manager within complex transformation or technology environments.
  • Skilled in consolidating data and creating impactful reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Smartsheet, Jira, or Clarity.
  • Strong understanding of project and portfolio management methodologies such as Agile, Prince2, and PMO frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence working across senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
