Operational Excellence Specialist Role

This key position plays a vital role in the Regulatory Operations Division, focusing on quality assurance and process improvement. The successful candidate will contribute to enhancing policies, processes, systems, and training within the division.

The primary responsibility of this role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining operational process documents. This includes integrating quality assurance review findings into these documents to ensure compliance with legislative, financial, and administrative frameworks.

  • Develop, review, and continuously improve ROD's operational process documents to guarantee alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and review Commission-wide policies and resources, providing high-quality input that incorporates operational insights, legislative understanding, and stakeholder perspectives.
  • Maintain accurate and accessible ROD registers, adhering to record-keeping and governance standards.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and exercise sound judgment when responding to ad-hoc requests for process-related information and resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Policy Development: Contribute to the creation and review of Commission-wide policies and resources.
  • Register Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy, accessibility, and compliance of ROD registers.
