Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction and technical oversight of our projects.

The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for driving high standards in engineering design and project execution, as well as providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and design tailings structures at all stages of the project, including pre-feasibility, feasibility, detailed design and construction stages.
  • Undertake desk-based studies utilising data from various sources.
  • Conduct scoping and pre-feasibility studies.
  • Design and supervise waste facilities.
  • Manage multiple projects and clients, delivering design services on time and within budget, to client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree qualified in Engineering with Geotechnical or Civil specialisations.
  • Previous experience in the design, build and maintenance of Tailings Storage Facilities.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to work well with clients.
  • Strong technical ability in tailings management, geotechnics, heap leaching and water management.
  • A minimum of 10+ years relevant applied experience.
