About This Role

You will play a pivotal role in delivering property outcomes that drive growth through the acquisition of new space and the management of our existing store network across Western Australia, South Australia, and the Northern Territory.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and secure new and replacement stores to enhance our portfolio.
  • Develop property strategies for our existing network to maximize opportunities.
  • Deliver new stores, acquisitions, lease renewals, and store extensions to drive business growth.
  • Liaise with landlords to secure favourable outcomes associated with landlord works and complex tenure arrangements.
  • Prepare board reports for approval, presentations, and meeting materials to inform key decisions.
About Your Skills and Experience

With 3-5 years of commercial property leasing experience, you are an excellent communicator and negotiator. You bring sound knowledge of lease contracts, including financial and legal aspects.

  • End-to-end leasing experience, ideally with retailer-side exposure.
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Attention to detail is crucial in this role.
  • Flexibility to travel to other states periodically is required.
