Senior Proposal Consultant Job Opportunity

  • As a Senior Proposal Consultant, you will play a key role in driving bid teams to develop winning solutions. You'll plan, multi-task, and prioritise competing priorities to deliver results on time-sensitive deadlines.

With strong bid and pursuit related experience including proposal writing and bid management/coordination, you'll have the confidence to interact effectively at all levels across the business. Your persuasive writing, editing technical content, proofreading, and attention to detail skills will help shape and deliver exceptional submissions.

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for those who want to make a real impact. You'll join our wider team where you can establish yourself as a strategic resource across the business, providing valuable support to our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing end-to-end bid/proposal management in collaboration with subject matter experts to achieve high-quality bid submissions.
  • Collaborating on bid submissions across various regions and disciplines.
  • Producing tailored responses for our clients.
  • Compiling, maintaining, and updating knowledge libraries.

Requirements include:

  • A relevant qualification in communications/marketing or business-related fields.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to all areas of the business.
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint).
  • Experience working on shared platforms throughout Australia.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with people at all organisational levels.
