Job Role:

Credit Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Recovery Specialist to join our Retailer Account Services (RAS) team.

This is a key position that requires strong communication and organizational skills to collect outstanding rental arrears from retail tenants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Meeting monthly collection targets and achieving impressive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive collection notes and following up on tenant actions
  • Preparing various reports, including account reconciliations and daily rent banking
  • Allocating receipt items to relevant invoices daily and processing payments efficiently
  • Managing effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including retailers and leasing teams
  • Monitoring ongoing debtor payment plans and collecting insurance documents from retailers
  • Handling security deposit holdings for retail tenants in a timely and professional manner

This full-time position is based at our Sydney Support Office.
