Job Overview

The role of the OSHC Educator - Coordinator involves leading a team to deliver high-quality activities for children in a safe and stimulating environment at After School Care.

This position requires strong leadership skills, with a focus on developing daily programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and implement engaging daily activities that promote learning and development.
  • Supervise and support children during after-school hours, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks that meet dietary requirements.
  • Create a positive and inclusive environment that encourages social interaction and teamwork.
  • Maintain effective relationships with colleagues, families, school leaders, and the wider community.

Requirements:

  • A Certificate IV, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Children's Services or equivalent qualification.
  • A current Employee Working with Children Check.
  • HLTAID012 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training.
