">Key Responsibilities
  • Assess agency asset management frameworks and portfolio performance through leadership review activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance agency asset management capabilities, aligning with the NSW Asset Management Policy.
  • Collaborate on the development and review of policies to achieve improved asset management outcomes.
  • Manage special projects and contribute to reports analysing the performance of the NSW asset portfolio.
  • Engage with agencies to understand their asset challenges and opportunities.
  • Provide high-quality advice for government agencies and stakeholders.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor your team, fostering ongoing professional development and a culture of excellence.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in infrastructure-related disciplines or equivalent experience.
  • Expertise in asset management, ISO 55001, and/or the NSW Public Sector Asset Management Policy.
  • Experience in developing asset management processes and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, especially in complex environments.
  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and communication abilities.
