Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Product Owner to lead our VMware Networking squad. As a key member of our Global Hosting Services division, you will play a vital role in driving automation, integration, and technical excellence across our product.

Our ideal candidate has strong experience in infrastructure product ownership, ideally within networking or virtualisation domains. You will be responsible for managing the flow of work, driving automation through scripting and coding, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

As a strategic and hands-on Technology Product Owner, you will shape and execute the product strategy, aligning with broader infrastructure and hosting goals. You will also champion automation and integration, upskilling the team in coding practices and scripting for operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong experience in infrastructure product ownership, ideally within networking or virtualisation domains
  • Expertise in platform engineering principles and can lead teams through technical transformation
  • Demonstrated confidence in scripting for the automation of platform tasks and integration practices
  • Ability to manage and positively influence complex stakeholder relationships across technology, operations, and governance
