Senior Retail Operations Manager Role

">Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute store-level operational plans to achieve sales targets and customer service goals.* Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service, achieve sales targets, and maintain store appearance standards.* Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify opportunities for improvement, implement changes, and monitor progress.* Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform decisions on product assortment, pricing, and marketing initiatives.

">Requirements:

* Proven track record of success in retail management or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.* Strong business acumen, including knowledge of sales forecasting, inventory management, and financial analysis.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.* Ability to think strategically, innovate, and adapt quickly to changing market conditions.* High level of integrity, with a strong focus on ethics and compliance.
