We are seeking a seasoned retail professional to fill the role of Floor Manager. This individual will be responsible for leading a dynamic team and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams.
  • They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members to achieve their full potential.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across all aspects of the business, from sales and management to visual merchandising and back-of-house operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  2. Developing and implementing strategies to improve store performance and achieve business objectives.
  3. Recruiting, training, and coaching staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  4. Maintaining a positive and inclusive store culture, where all employees feel valued and supported.
  5. Managing store operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and cash handling.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
