We are seeking an exceptional sales account executive to join our Health and Life Sciences division based in Melbourne, Victoria. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers in the healthcare sector and presenting them with the value proposition of Microsoft's Health & Life Sciences cloud and AI-based solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic solutions selling, a passion for health and life sciences, and a strong understanding of the industry. With 5+ years' experience working in an industry such as healthcare, government, or education, you will be able to drive digital transformation and help customers achieve their goals.

In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver customized solutions that address the specific needs and challenges of each customer. You will also leverage digital selling methods to grow your network, create a pipeline, and consume account-based marketing outputs.

To succeed in this position, you will need to possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and its trends. Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with executives and decision makers at high levels of the customer's organization through consultative engagement, highlighting the value and ROI of Microsoft solutions.
  • Account Management: Develop and oversee the execution of account plans for multiple accounts to ensure revenue targets and customer needs are met.
  • Sales Excellence: Seek customer feedback to identify drivers of satisfaction and dissatisfaction and leverage internal resources to support their needs.
