Business Development Manager

EP Healthcare is a leading medical aesthetic brand with a strong presence in Australia. Our client is a key player in the industry, known for their innovative approach to making aesthetic treatments accessible to all.
The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team of 11 sales professionals across the country. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering consistent performance results in sales, territory market development, and key strategic objectives in the promotion of our product portfolio across Western suburbs of Melbourne and Tasmania.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing and delivering a territory business plan
- Identifying key customers and thought leaders within the territory, while developing and maintaining relationships
- Maintaining and exceeding sales budgets through strategically targeting key customers
- Monitoring the competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques
- Demonstrating exceptional product and competitive knowledge and using it effectively in planning and implementing sales presentations
- Working collaboratively to deliver education and support to clients as required
- Leveraging knowledge of key customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to identify the territory network in the Aesthetics community
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Science, Nursing, or Medical Science. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in B2B medical sales, preferably in the aesthetic industry. Knowledge of the aesthetic market and a hunter mentality are essential for success in this role.
