Job Title: Senior Manager of Quality and Safety
This is a critical role within our organization, supporting the Quality and Safety team in delivering high-quality services. Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve quality and safety standards.
• Building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive quality and safety initiatives.
• Providing administrative support for the Quality and Safety Committee, ensuring seamless coordination and decision-making processes.
• Collecting and analyzing relevant data to inform quality and safety reporting and improvement efforts.
Key qualifications for this position include:
• A degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience in policy development and implementation.
• Demonstrated expertise in health or social services development and delivery.
• Strong program management and staff leadership skills.
• Proficiency in IT systems and ability to work flexibly across multiple tasks.
