Safety Quality Manager

As a seasoned HSEQ professional, you will have the opportunity to drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, and environmental performance in a dynamic role.
This is a hands-on position where you will take ownership of leading HSEQ initiatives, investigating issues, and developing solutions. You will work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to achieve our goals.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HSEQ initiatives to improve safety, quality, and environmental performance.
- Investigate issues in supply chain, production, and engineering and find solutions.
- Develop injury management programs and ensure return-to-work programs are in place for employees.
- Create and maintain training programs to promote safety and quality.
- Track quality metrics and conduct audits to measure and improve QA processes.
- Requirements:
- Familiarity with AS/NZS 1554 welding and AS/NZS 4680 galvanizing standards.
- Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems and continuous improvement.
- Ability to drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and manage supplier quality.
- Proven HSEQ management experience in high-volume, mass manufacturing environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
