Black Bird Coffee House is located in Tanunda, the heart of the Barossa Valley. Black Bird Coffee House is a licensed cafe offering all day breakfast, light lunches, coffee and sweets. This coffee house boasts a quiet and relaxed outdoor atmosphere for all locals and tourists to enjoy quality food and exceptional barista made coffee.

One of the many highlights enjoyed by our guests, is the homemade cooking. You will find an array of slices, biscuits and cakes that will leave you wanting to come back for more. The use of Barossa local produce is evident throughout our menu which is favoured by our guests in recognising the beautiful Barossa region.

**The key responsibilities include**:

- Exceptional customer service
- Barista experience will be favoured but not necessary. Happy to provide extra training for the right person
- General cleaning, clearing and wiping down tables, dishes, cleaning equipment, sweeping and mopping
- Preparing cold beverages
- Minimal food preparation, toasting and heating food
- Following all rules and regulations of food handling, storage and hygiene

**The successful applicant must**:

- Be reliable and flexible
- Demonstrate initiative
- Have professional customer service
- Previous hospitality experience will be favoured
- Weekend work will be required

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
