We are seeking a skilled Financial Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations across all markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Manage financial transactions and ensure timely payments are made.
    • Prepare monthly management reports in collaboration with the accounting team.
    • Reconcile revenue, accounts, and payment platforms weekly.
  • Payroll and Employee Onboarding
    • Finalize new employee contracts and ensure onboarding requirements are complete.
    • Coordinate IT and system access for new hires.
  • Administrative Support
    • Liaise with the Accounts and Admin Coordinator to ensure smooth daily office operations.
    • Provide back-up support to other HQ functions during peak periods or absences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and general ledger functions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong confidentiality skills.
