About the Role

This is a casual Guest Services Officer position located at Reflections Holidays, Red Rock.

The purpose of the role is to provide exceptional customer service, represent the company in a positive manner, and carry out guest services duties within the park.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, including liaising with guests face-to-face, via telephone, and internet for bookings, enquiries, and complaints.
  • Have experience with RMS, Newbook, or similar reservations systems.
  • Undertake general office duties, banking, and cleaning of the office/kiosk.
  • Prepare correspondence, record keeping of all mail, and carry out filing in accordance with procedures.
  • Assist the Park Manager and Supervisors with the opening and closing of the office and kiosk/store.
  • Receive and dispense monies via a computerized point of sale register.
  • Assist the Supervisor with stock take and invoicing for the kiosk, store, cabin, office, and cleaning equipment and chemicals.
  • Direct visitors within the park and as they enter the park.
  • Assist the Guest Services Supervisor in social media administration at park level as required.

About You

The successful candidate will have experience in delivering excellent customer service, administration, or front office reception, and using a booking/reservations system.

They will be able to manage time to meet priorities, learn quickly, use initiative, and adapt to changing work environments.

They will also be able to solve problems with accuracy and efficiency to meet guest needs, demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and communicate with all levels of guests to an excellent standard.
