A leadership role awaits at a respected provider of engineering design solutions.

Key responsibilities include leading project strategy, enhancing systems, and delivering exceptional client experiences. You'll mentor junior teams, develop processes for seamless communication and updates, collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues, build strong client relationships, and drive performance improvements.

This is a hands-on customer service position that requires a respectful approach and ability to empower others to ensure clients receive clear, timely communication and an excellent journey.

Requirements include:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar customer service management or supervisory role
  • Good understanding of manufacturing, mining, or fabrication operations
  • Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to lead, inspire, and support high-performing teams
  • Unrestricted working rights and ability to pass a drug and alcohol assessment
