Facilities Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled facilities management professional to lead the delivery of comprehensive facilities services.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal building performance, occupant satisfaction, and operational excellence across managed properties.
- Lead facilities management operations including maintenance, security, cleaning, and other essential services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships through regular communication, reporting, and proactive issue resolution.
- Manage staff and service providers, ensuring compliance with contracts, service level agreements, and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of facilities budget, including forecasting and cost control.
- Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental programs.
- Direct maintenance programs for building systems and equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field is required. You must have 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in facilities management, demonstrating knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and industry standards. Strong leadership skills and excellent financial management abilities are also essential.
