Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, including supervising and coaching team members to deliver exceptional customer service.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that food quality and safety standards are met, as well as providing full training and support to achieve excellence in all aspects of their daily role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise opening and closing shift operations
  • Coach and train team members
  • Maintain food quality and safety standards
  • Deliver excellent customer service
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A passion for food and restaurant operations
  • A positive 'can do' attitude
  • Team leader experience with a minimum of 1 year (preferably)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
