Key Role: Internal Communications Specialist

The Internal Communications Specialist plays a pivotal role in the development and dissemination of internal communication materials. This position works closely with the team to create engaging content calendars and manage our communications platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft high-quality content for company-wide communication channels and coordinate their distribution across platforms.
  • Support the management and improvement of our company's communication channels, including the website and social media.
  • Assist in coordinating daily media monitoring and distribution.
  • Build and maintain key contact lists, including media and government contacts.
  • Act as the first point of contact for general corporate inquiries and draft responses as required.
  • Provide administrative support and assistance to the corporate affairs team, including processing invoices.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree qualification in Communications or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role; experience within a global business is highly desirable.
  • Strong writing and organizational skills.
  • Sound understanding of digital platforms, particularly social media.
  • Proactive nature, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to work flexibly when required, including across time zones and during key business periods.
