About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Content Leader to join our team for 12 months to accelerate growth by building and executing a world-class content strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning the planning, creation, and distribution of content that drives brand awareness, deepens customer engagement, and supports acquisition and retention across various audiences.
  • Shaping our editorial voice in key markets, delivering thought leadership, customer stories, and lifecycle content that converts.
  • Leading the end-to-end process, from developing content calendars and managing writers/designers, through to publishing, optimizing, and measuring performance.
  • Collaborating with product marketing, design, and partnerships to ensure our message is consistent, compelling, and differentiated in a competitive market.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A proven track record of creating and scaling impactful content strategies in B2B SaaS or marketplace environments.
  • An exceptional storyteller with the ability to translate complex topics into engaging, accessible narratives that resonate with different audiences.
  • Fluency across content formats - blogs, whitepapers, customer stories, video, social, and email - and the ability to tailor content to each stage of the buyer journey.
  • Strategic and commercially minded: understanding how content fuels brand awareness, pipeline growth, and customer retention.
  • Skilled in SEO and analytics, using data to optimize performance, guide editorial decisions, and demonstrate ROI.
  • Hands-on and proactive, able to manage writers, agencies, and designers while still being comfortable rolling up sleeves to produce high-quality work.
