Key Responsibilities:

  2. Develop and implement content strategies that enhance lead generation and sales conversion
  3. Refine content marketing assets including message matrices, tone of voice guidelines, and persona insights
  4. Seek and manage relevant content partnerships and earned media campaigns
  5. Elevate our content hub and social presence through evergreen and topical content creation
  6. Generate creative content ideas for articles, podcasts, events, webinars, etc.
  7. Manage and optimize Hub's content hub on our website, focusing on SEO
  8. Develop persuasive sales collateral such as brochures, flyers, and billboards
  9. Assist with the development of sales proposals and manage major revisions
  10. Conduct regular audits to ensure consistent tone, language, and terminology across all business communications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or equivalent experience
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in a content marketing role
  • Extensive experience conducting interviews with a variety of internal stakeholders, members, partners, and industry experts
  • A strong inclination towards developing evidence-based thought-leadership content, including white papers and reports
  • A strong background in content creation for property, real estate, lifestyle, or premium hospitality brands
  • A knack for repurposing content into cross-channel, end-to-end marketing campaigns
