Extraction Professional

We seek an experienced professional to oversee the extraction process at our mine, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geology and engineering, with experience in developing and maintaining schedules to meet production targets.

  • Promote site safety, environmental health, and quality of mining activities.
  • Develop short-term Load & Haul schedules based on operational feedback, equipment availability, and changing conditions.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment of plans and execution.
About the Role

This is an open-cut operation producing high-quality thermal coal for export and domestic markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze geological data to optimize haul roads, dump locations, and loading areas using mine planning software.
  • Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to meet production targets.
  • Provide technical support to supervisors and operators regarding plan implementation and design intent.
