About The RoleThis position is perfect for an individual with leadership experience in an open cut mining production environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of personnel to achieve safe and effective production, while adhering to all relevant statutes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead a team of personnel to achieve production targets
- Ensure a safe working environment by identifying and mitigating risks
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
- Liaise with maintenance and technical teams to establish production priorities
