Lead Mine Development Specialist

  • Ability to mentor others and coordinate across teams, focusing on continuous improvement, both personally and professionally.

The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude toward safety and environmental responsibility, along with excellent communication and planning skills.

This role offers a Monday to Friday roster, with one RDO per month, and supports a residential lifestyle in Mudgee or surrounding areas, providing a work-life balance and access to a thriving local community.
