Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity with a boutique property development and investment firm based in the city center. The business has an extensive portfolio of land holdings and is focused on achieving long-term growth through strategic asset development and property leasing activity.

The Role

In this role, you will work closely with senior executives to review and execute a development strategy from concept to completion.

The position offers meaningful progression for those with 2+ years experience in Property seeking to further their career into development management and portfolio leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with feasibility studies and town planning controls
  • Managing project budgets and cost control
  • Supporting senior managers in design meetings and project coordination
  • Administering documentation and maintaining governance for the development program

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in Property or Development Management
  • Strong understanding of property development principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
