As a highly skilled technical professional, you will be responsible for providing remote and onsite support to customers nationwide. This involves addressing issues related to servers, desktops, and applications within Microsoft Azure, Active Directory (AD), and Exchange environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Remote Support: Provide timely and effective remote support to customers, resolving issues efficiently and minimizing downtime.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Ensure the smooth operation of cloud infrastructure across Hyper-V, AWS, and Azure platforms, maintaining high levels of system efficiency and performance.
  • Technical Problem Solving: Collaborate with solutions experts to maintain best practice environments and address complex technical challenges.
  • Project Deployment: Participate in project teams to deploy and manage IT solutions for clients, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Document and log actions and solutions for accountability and future reference; mentor junior team members in key skills.
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, including LAN & WAN networking principles (Fortigate, Meraki, Cisco preferred).
  • Outstanding spoken and written English communication.
  • Deep understanding of Windows Server, desktop, and Azure AD/GPO/DNS/DHCP.
  • Experience with Exchange Hybrid, On-prem and Office 365.
  • Experience working with Hyper-V and other virtualization solutions.
  • Extensive experience with backup technologies (Veeam, Datto and StorageCraft preferred).
  • Strong complex-problem diagnosis skills.
  • Exposure to ticketing tools (ConnectWise, Labtech and Kaseya valued).
