Senior Solutions Consultant Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with our sales team and customers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless implementation of our solutions, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

You will own the technical aspects of the pre-sales lifecycle, from discovery and qualification through to solution design, proof of concepts, and transition to delivery teams.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong experience designing solutions in complex technology ecosystems, proficiency with RESTful APIs, Swagger/Open API's, authentication protocols (OAuth, SSO), data formats (JSON), and tools such as Postman.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem Solving: A natural problem-solver who can think on your feet—developing innovative approaches to technical challenges and adapting solutions to meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions consulting, or technical sales roles - ideally within SaaS platforms serving Financial Services, RegTech, or other regulated industries.
