About the Role

IPAR is a national occupational rehabilitation provider supporting thousands of people who may be living with an illness, disability, or injury. Our care is tailored to each and every individual, whether it's through workplace rehabilitation, counselling, injury prevention or finding new employment.

We work with our clients to identify their goals and provide psychological or physical supports to help them live life to its fullest potential. Our team of highly skilled allied health professionals and employment consultants include Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Psychologists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Case management, including manageable caseloads and support from Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks
  • Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
  • Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs with employers and employees
  • Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals
  • Completing various assessments using clinical and discipline-specific allied health skills

What You'll Need

  • A qualification in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Osteopathy
  • Full Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Strong communication skills to build and develop relationships
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • A desire to problem-solve, use initiative and achieve results
  • A passion for injury prevention, return to work and associated health benefits
  • A current drivers' license and access to your own vehicle
