Rehabilitation Counsellor

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their goals and regain their independence.

• Manage client caseloads and provide individualized support
• Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
• Collaborate with clients, employers, medical professionals, and allied health experts
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective rehabilitation plans
• Work closely with Rehabilitation Assistants to ensure seamless case management

• Qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling
• Full membership with ASORC
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Passion for injury prevention and return to work
• Current drivers' license and access to a vehicle
