At IPAR, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional workplace health solutions.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Collaborate with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals to achieve optimal return to work outcomes.
  • Conduct assessments and provide expert advice on workplace modifications and ergonomic solutions.
  • Work closely with our team to develop and deliver training programs and workshops on workplace health and safety.
  • Contribute to the development of our services and programs to ensure they meet the evolving needs of our clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • A qualification in Occupational Therapy and registration with AHPRA.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, employers, and colleagues.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • A passion for injury prevention and return to work, with a desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.
  • A current drivers' license and access to a vehicle for travel.
