**About the Role**

We are currently seeking a Front of House Manager to lead our venues and drive success.

**What You Will Do:**

  • Staff management: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house staff.
  • Customer service: Ensure guests receive excellent service by monitoring their satisfaction, addressing concerns, and responding to feedback.
  • Financial management: Prepare and manage budgets, analyse financial data, and implement cost-saving measures to maximise profits.
  • Inventory and ordering: Manage inventory levels and order supplies, such as food, beverages, and supplies, to maintain the smooth operation of the venue.

**Requirements:

  • Previous management experience in the hospitality industry.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for food and beverage.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Attention to detail to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Service-focused personality to maintain a welcoming and hospitable environment.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with guests and team members.
