Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Venue Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our venue operations, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our venues, including staff performance, customer service, and product quality.
The Role
- Oversee the effective development of team members to meet and exceed business objectives through individual and team performance.
- Maintain venue standards and presentation at all times, ensuring that our facilities are consistently clean, well-maintained, and welcoming to customers.
- Manage labour costs effectively, ensuring that they are aligned with sales budgets and profit expectations.
- Contribute actively to ideas as an emerging people leader within the operation.
Requirements
- 2-4 years in a comparable role within the hospitality industry, managing a team of 40-80 people.
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Able to work a rotating roster, including late nights and weekends.
- Possess problem-solving skills, integrity, and flexibility.
- Driven, engaging, and enthusiastic about the industry.
