Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Management: Direct and motivate staff to achieve outstanding results, foster a positive working environment, and promote employee development.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily venue operations, including managing staff, maintaining high-quality services, and controlling costs.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue, leveraging market knowledge and promotional strategies to drive business expansion.
  • Quality and Customer Service: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality food and service, meeting customer expectations, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Risk Management: Maintain awareness of OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures, monitoring compliance and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Financial Management: Manage financial aspects of the business, controlling costs, and making informed decisions about resource allocation.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in hospitality management, preferably in bar and restaurant environments.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to train, develop, and motivate staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of Australian laws and regulations, particularly in regards to RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced, and Food Safety.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and basic accounting principles.
