Job Opportunity:

A Site Manager is required for a residential property in Brisbane. The role involves managing the site and requires full responsibility for the day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating maintenance and liaison with contractors
  • Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Providing exceptional customer service to residents and visitors

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in building or property management
  • Strong knowledge of Strata and Body Corporate processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work Saturdays (4 hours) when required and be available for occasional after-hours emergencies
  • A proactive, customer-focused attitude
