About the Role- Develop and implement project plans in collaboration with engineers, ensuring timely completion and effective management of resources.
- Lead weekly meetings with subcontractors to discuss progress, address queries, and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee and maintain high standards of health and safety across all work areas, reporting any observations or concerns to the site manager.
- Maintain accurate records of quality and safety issues, reporting promptly to the site manager and closing out actions efficiently.
- Proven experience in project leadership or management roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
