Job Title: Site Supervisor Role - Bowen Hills Location

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective day-to-day running of site-based security teams.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also possess strong organizational and time-management skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining effective processes and improving processes where possible
  • Working as a team member and role modeling professional security service delivery
  • Patrolling premises or designated areas on foot to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates
  • Circulating among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve good order and protect property
  • Responding in an enthusiastic and helpful manner to questions asked, demonstrating a preparedness to advise and share basic information
  • Incident report writing
  • Responding to alarms
  • Ensuring safety of clients, contractors, and the general public
  • CCTV monitoring
  • Access control
  • Patrols
  • General security duties in corporate buildings

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current QLD Security License
  • Certificate in Security Operations
  • Current QLD drivers license and a reliable vehicle
