About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Aged Care Service Leader to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in delivering person-centred care, promoting a positive workplace culture, and contributing to our mission.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of professionals to provide high-quality support services to clients, ensuring they have the support they need to maximise choice and control.
- Supervise and coach team members to embed person-centred practice and deliver safe supports that enable clients to work towards their individual goals.
- Support clients and their families to plan, coordinate, and facilitate regular team meetings and required client-specific training.
- Ensure clients' personal care, support, and health needs are met and provided within applicable standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote our services positively to clients, their families, and the community.
- Diploma in Community Services/Disability or equivalent.
- Leadership experience in a human services organisation.
- Knowledge of funding standards, guidelines, and legislation.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to obtain an NDIS workers screening card and working with children check.
- Able to obtain and pass a police check.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $99,363.44 (based on a 38-hour week and Level 4.1 under the EBA).
