Warehouse Coordinator

Capral Aluminium is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Store Person. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, processing orders efficiently, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Process orders safely and efficiently, meeting customer specifications and deadlines.
- Operate company vehicles, including forklifts, trucks, and utes, for loading and unloading.
- Participate in regular housekeeping checks to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Stay informed about our product range and services, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Maintain equipment according to safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Deliver orders using company vehicles as needed, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Assist the distribution/sales team with customer inquiries and orders, providing excellent customer service.
- Participate in monthly meetings and toolbox talks, staying informed about company updates and initiatives.
- Take responsibility for personal safety and contribute to a positive safety culture, adhering to company values and policies.
About You
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. To be considered, applicants must have:
- At least 0-2 years of warehouse experience.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven customer service focus and excellent communication skills.
- Current driver's license and forklift license.
Applicants must also be prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test.
