Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving and processing incoming stock, preparing outgoing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage inventory, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Operate company vehicles, including forklifts, trucks, and utes, to load and unload stock.
- Perform regular housekeeping checks to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Stay informed about our product range and services to provide excellent customer support.
- Maintain equipment according to safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Deliver orders to customers as needed, using company vehicles.
- Assist the distribution/sales team with customer inquiries and orders.
- Participate in monthly meetings and toolbox talks to stay informed about company updates and best practices.
- Take responsibility for personal safety and contribute to a positive safety culture.
About You
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail. To be considered, applicants must have:
- At least 0-2 years of warehouse experience.
- The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proven customer service focus.
- A current driver's license.
- A forklift license.
Applicants must also be prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test.
