Warehouse Coordinator

Capral Aluminium, a leading aluminium manufacturing and distribution company, is seeking a full-time Store Person to join their team. This exciting opportunity offers a genuine chance for development and internal progression.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring timely order processing, and providing excellent customer service. If you are a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering results, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and manage inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient order processing.
- Operate company vehicles, including forklifts, trucks, and utes, to load and unload goods.
- Process stock and orders to meet customer specifications, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Participate in regular housekeeping checks to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Stay informed about product range and services, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Maintain equipment according to safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Deliver orders using company vehicles as needed, meeting customer expectations.
- Assist the distribution/sales team with customer inquiries and orders, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Participate in monthly meetings and toolbox talks, staying informed about company updates and initiatives.
- Take responsibility for personal safety and contribute to a positive safety culture, adhering to company values and policies.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in warehouse operations. To be considered, applicants must have:
- At least 0-2 years of warehouse experience.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven customer service focus and excellent communication skills.
- Current driver's license and forklift license.
Applicants must also be prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test.
