Warehouse Operations Coordinator

Capral Aluminium is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Store Person. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution centre.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage incoming stock, preparing outgoing orders with precision and care.
- Pick, pack, and load trucks to meet customer specifications and deadlines.
- Safely operate company vehicles, including forklifts, trucks, and utes, for loading and unloading.
- Process stock and orders efficiently, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Contribute to a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety procedures and protocols.
- Stay informed about our product range and services, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Maintain equipment according to safety procedures, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Deliver orders using company vehicles as needed, meeting customer expectations and deadlines.
- Assist the distribution/sales team with customer inquiries and orders, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Participate in monthly meetings and toolbox talks, staying informed about company updates and initiatives.
- Take responsibility for personal safety and contribute to a positive safety culture, reporting any incidents or concerns.
About You
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. To be considered, applicants must have:
- 0-2 years of warehouse experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven customer service focus and excellent communication skills
- Current driver's license and forklift license
Applicants must also be prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test.
