This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who can thrive in a multitasking environment and has experience recruiting for hospitality roles and managing bulk recruitment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly resilient, and able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including professional networks, industry events, social media, and employee referrals
- Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of existing recruitment processes and tools
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for critical or hard-to-fill roles
About the Role:
This role offers a competitive salary package of approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
