Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including professional networks, industry events, social media, and employee referrals
  • Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of existing recruitment processes and tools
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for critical or hard-to-fill roles

About the Role:

This role offers a competitive salary package of approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
