Key Responsibilities:- Personal Presentation: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times when interacting with customers, guests, and colleagues.
- Tasks and Efficiency: Perform tasks efficiently and to quality standards, utilizing relevant technical data related to work performed.
- Quality Control: Have thorough familiarity with Quality Control systems and procedures outlined in the Repair Station/Quality Control Manual relative to assigned duties.
- Resource Utilization: Effectively utilize available resources to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Federal Aviation Regulations: Possess working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations, particularly CFR parts 43, 91, and 145; and 135 as required.
- Maintenance Documentation: Complete aircraft maintenance paperwork and forms according to methods outlined in the RSM/QCM.
- Shift Support: Provide support to Aircraft Crew Chiefs with shift turnover requirements as outlined in the RSM/QCM.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with Customer Project Supervisors to achieve on-time and on-budget objectives of the work scope.
- Customer Satisfaction: Perform daily activities to provide services and deliverables that meet and exceed customer satisfaction expectations.
- Workplace Practices: Maintain good housekeeping practices using a 5S system of sort, set in order, shine, standardize, and sustain.
- Safety Focus: Focus on Human Factors in the workplace and strive for zero defects in workmanship and safety.
- Company Policy: Observe and administer company rules, regulations, safety policy, and standard operating procedures.
