Role Overview

This is a Therapist Position in the Mental Health field, working with children and adolescents.

The role involves delivering an evidence-based response to young people aged 12-18 years with or at risk of serious mental illness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working therapeutically with children and young people and their families or carers with complex or high needs who may be difficult to engage.
  • Organising referrals to appropriate services.
  • Working within existing multidisciplinary teams to coordinate delivery of an evidence-based response to children and young people with or at risk of serious mental illness.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a degree in psychology, social work, occupational therapy, or nursing, and relevant experience working with children and adolescents.

They must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
