About the Role:

The position involves managing and coordinating high-level advice, communications, and support to senior executives. You will work across various programme areas, leveraging expertise and technical advice to create integrated and quality evidence-based communications and policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing high-level briefings, correspondence, cabinet submissions, annual reports, and parliamentary briefing notes to support decision-making capacity and legislative functions.
  • Providing robust research, analysis, and review of information, and timely informed advice considering political implications and alignment to strategic priorities.
  • Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships through effective engagement, consultation, and negotiation to advance business objectives aligned to the Strategic Plan.
  • Cordinating events involving senior executives as key speakers or participants, providing advice on protocol for event running order, development of stakeholder guest lists, and associated administration.

Contract Details:

The contract is until 31 October 2025.

Special Conditions:

Remuneration:
