We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to fill the role of Assistant Bar Manager.

Job Description:

In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the bar. This includes supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train bar staff to ensure high standards of customer service and knowledge of drinks
  • Manage inventory and ordering of spirits, wine, and other beverages
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Assist with menu planning and implementation, ensuring alignment with company objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase revenue
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role or industry
  • Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingsness to learn and grow with the organization
