At D'Nest, we're redefining the local dining and bar experience with a vibrant bar, a cozy restaurant, and a thriving bottle shop. As we prepare to launch our newly renovated space, we're looking for passionate and skilled Bartenders to join our team and help create an unforgettable experience for our guests.

The Role:
As a Bartender at D'Nest, you'll be at the heart of our bar operations, crafting exceptional drinks, engaging with guests, and ensuring top-tier service. We're looking for someone with great energy, a love for hospitality, and a deep knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and all things bar-related.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and engaging attitude.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol and compliance with licensing laws.
- Process transactions efficiently and handle cash/card payments.
- Collaborate with the bar team to create new and exciting drink specials.

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience as a bartender (at least 1 year preferred).
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.
- RSA certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
